It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the biggest industrial design gathering in the entire world, and one thing really stuck out to me: HP\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s really starting to develop some design game, and Apple\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s once-market leading Mac designs are really starting to look creaky.<\/p>\n<p>This all points up a major consequence of Apple\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s tremendous focus on the iPhone and the iPod family \u00e2\u20ac\u201d the entire Mac line-up is looking dull. The iMac has a new look, but the overall form is unchanged from the version introduced in 2004. &raquo;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/cultofmac.com\/?p=1364\">Cult of Mac<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During our recent trip to the U.S., Ed and I saw some pretty sweet laptops, tiny, light and handsome. Now that I&rsquo;ve switched to an iMac, I don&rsquo;t want to buy a Windows machine. But I need a new laptop and I would love something ultra portable.
