We started watching the show and soon realized that:<br \/>\n1. It was a two hour special<br \/>\n2. It was the season finale<br \/>\n3. Our digital recorder <a href=\"http:\/\/blork.typepad.com\/blorkblog\/2005\/05\/inooooooooooooo.html\">ran out of space<\/a> during the recording<\/p>\n<p>So after following that damn show for 24 weeks, we&rsquo;re missing the last 18 minutes of the season. And from what I was able to find on the subject on various blogs, it was the last 18 minutes that counted.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s all Jon Stewart&rsquo;s fault! We have the machine programmed to record all Daily Shows but we&rsquo;re way behind so there are quite a few hours on the machine taken by Stewart. I bet you he would get a good laugh out of that.<\/p>\n<p>At least I got to see Tony without his shirt on. I was hoping he would crack up a smile during the season, even just a tiny one, but that didn&rsquo;t happen.
