Extreme spoon licking

I just finished preparing the ganache for three different kind of dark chocolate truffles: coffee, piment d’Espelette and absinthe. Of course, I had to taste every m�lange to make sure the proportions of ingredients were just right, so now I feel wired, hot and I see little green fairies flying around.

Or maybe it’s just the cold.
