I’ve had my share of screenwriting classes and I’ve read a lot of books on the subject but reading actual screenplays was truly the best learning tool. I still read them on a regular basis.
There are many resources where one can find scripts for free online but Alex points to a new site today that seems to have a lot of recent scripts: The Internet Movie Script Database. (I don’t think they have anything to do with IMDB, at least I couldn’t find any connection, apart from the name.)
