Recycle me

My dad used to say: « When I die, just put me in a basic cardboard box and burn me. »

He would have loved this, though it might cost more than what he had in mind. I think it’s a fantastic idea and a great design.

  1. AJ, the box tie looking thing is actually an urn, which will be used to store the ashes after the cremation.

« The stainless steel urn, which is shaped like an hour-glass to symbolize that « time heals all wounds, » sits on top of the coffin. The urn withstands the heat of the burning process and gains a uniquely colored patina from the flames. »

I hope all these cool, environmentally friendly designs will be available by the time I die – you know, in the next hundred years or so. ;-)
