24: a refresher

There’s a new season of 24 starting on Sunday and if you need to refresh your memory, I suggest you read the character descriptions on Ken Levine’s blog. I especially liked the way he described Kim:

KIMBERLY � Jack�s annoying daughter. Been kidnapped so many times she now brings her own rope and gag. Can not ride in a car unless she�s in the trunk.

I also got a kick out of the ad (links to a video) that Kiefer Sutherland filmed in Japan, in the style of 24. (Found via Immutably Me)

Killing winter blues with mirrors

I just love the way technology literally saved the day in this small Austrian town.
