Une nouvelle �tude de la U.S. English Foundation d�montre que la troisi�me langue la plus parl�e aux �tats-Unis, apr�s l’anglais et l’espagnol est le… fran�ais (suivi par le chinois et l’allemand). Je n’aurais jamais devin�.
La liste de toutes les langues parl�es aux �tats-Unis est disponible en format PDF. Los Angeles est la ville la plus diversifi�e linguistiquement parlant, suivie par New York. San Francisco arrive en 5i�me place.

The Gates
The Gates installation in Central Park has come down, but thousands of photos remain on Flickr under the tags: TheGates, gates, gatesmemory, etc. One of my favorite shots is this gorgeous eye photo. Even the woman’s eye makeup matches the color of the gates.
I did not get a chance to go to New York and see the installation myself but our friends Frank and Diana were there and they brought us back a piece of the orange fabric as a memento. Thanks to them, I was able to make my own contribution to the Flickr gates tags.
