Kevin Berger of Salon Magazine has written a great tribute to singer-songwriter Neil Finn (of Split Enz and Crowded House). It’s the kind of article you see published in newspapers after the death of a public personnality but Finn is alive and well, and it’s great that someone thought about giving him all the credit he deserves as one of the best songwriters out there.
How often do you read an article about a pop musician where the journalist quotes Yeats and makes comparisons to Raymond Chandler?

Blogueurs intimes
L’article que j’ai �crit il y a quelques semaines pour le num�ro d’octobre du magazine f�minin Clin d’oeil est maintenant en ligne, sur le site de Cano�. On m’avait demand� de pondre un texte sur les blogueurs qui font dans l’intime et/ou le r�v�lateur. Ne vous surprenez pas si l’article ne semble pas faire une grande distinction entre les journaux intimes et les blogues: je suis consciente qu’il y a une diff�rence entre les deux, mais comme le magazine s’adresse au grand public pas n�cessairement tr�s familier avec le Web, je n’ai pas pu pousser le sujet bien loin.
Dommage que Mr. Peer n’ait pas d�voil� ses photos de nu un peu plus t�t. J’aurais pu l’inclure dans l’article. ;-)
Et puis oui, pour ceux qui se le demandent, je crois que le titre « Ma vie en direct sur la Web » est tout simplement une erreur de frappe…
